"La Maison"
The main house, built with beautiful sand stone walls, is a traditional old farm house and barn, typical of the local region. It is the centre of the property with a covered outside terrace overlooking the gardens. The house has been renovated to maintain its authentic features and decorated in a rustic and modern charm.
A stunning, light filled open living room with enormous heavy timber beams overhead and natural travertine stone floors. There is a formal dining area with a beautiful oak table for 10 people .In winter there is underfloor heating .
A wonderful spacious room with comfortable leather lounges rugs and period furniture.
Enjoy the warmth of the log stove heater in winter.

La Maison has 5 large comfortable queen size bedrooms, on two levels,
accommodating 10 persons.
4 rooms have an ensuite bathroom. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for children,
The downstairs bedroom is perfect for mobility access with a full walk in shower.

The house has a wonderful large open-plan kitchen. It is very well equipped with professional kitchen appliances, crockery, table ware and glasses, pots, pans platters and dishes.
You will find everything you may need to cater for 20 people.

A 6 burner gas stove and double oven. European stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave and an American style fridge freezer, as well as washing machine.
Here in the cooks kitchen, you will find a long kitchen table for 12 people to enjoy all your culinary delights.Large french oak doors open from the lounge room into the gardens, where you will find a full length timber dining table for 18 people.There is also a raised open covered terrace, with a delightful dining area to escape the heat or the rain but still be able to enjoy the beauty of the gardens and surrounding countryside while you dine.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
All bed linen and towels. Basic Cleaning materials in kitchens. Because of COVID 19, no food items are left from previous guests.
The kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots and pans and a generous supply of crockery and tableware. There is microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle

There is a large front-loader washing machine in the main house, a medium size front-loader washing machine in the shared laundry.
Gas BBQ. as well as a charcoal BBQ is available next to pool area .

We have available a baby high-chair and baby cots, as well as a security gate for stairs if you need. Please bring your baby's bedding.
There is a TV and good Wi-Fi coverage in every house and extends to parts of the gardens (there are four separate access points).
