Each house has been sympathetically renovated  to a high standard and are self-contained.

They can be rented individually. 

The entire property is extremely popular for full family holidays. Rent the entire complex of "Les Paroules" properties:

• La Maison, Private  the large 18th C. stone house with huge living room and kitchen sleeps 10 * Private Pool - 3200 eu per week

• Le Gîte, A Perigourdine stone house;  sleeps 5-6   open Loft  Terrace &  shared pool   - 1600 eu per week

• Le Sechoir, the converted wooden drying  Barn  :  sleeps 5-6  verandah & terrace shared pool -  1500 eu per week

Each House has there own private gardens  &  terraces

There are 2  at the swimming pool.

The Maison has  a Private pool.    The Gite  and Sechoir have a shared pool with enclosed private garden 

The pools have security locked enclosed garden,

The entire complex is  available  and  very suitable for groups  workshops and extended family holidays for  up to 22 persons 

Full catering is available on request.

The property is regularly used by the Australian walking tour Company www.walkingmathilda.com  as well as very popular  gourmet tour group, www.walktalkeatfrance.com. 

 

• Bookings are 7 days stays  minimum in high season, July and August, running weekend to weekend.

• Change over days are on Saturdays during the summer season as demand is high. 

• Out side of these times bookings can be more flexible but not creating large gaps in weekly bookings.

The Rates include all bed linen and towels & pool Towels

​

There is a change over cleaning charge:  €200 Main House, €100 Gîte, €100 Sechoir.  

Local taxes are also payable

3% Local Tourist Tax

Esparoutis is a  private  property rather than engaged in a rental business.

Payment Methods

 

•  On signing of the rental contract  details will be provided for  a 50 % Direct Deposits to be paid by bank transfer

• oe credit Card link

• into a  French bank Account in Euros.

• 1 month  before the reservation  the second 50 % payment must be made  into same account

•  Overseas Clients will be given all details for international banking  and must also include all the banking fees payable to bank.

•  A Cheque for the amount of the Bond will be required on arrival by French guests.

• International guest will be required to pay the amount required in cash or made arrangement prior to arrival .

• All banking fees must be covered in the final payments  one month before arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are allowed prior to 2 months before arrival,  the  deposit will be refunded less 700 eu for administrative and banking fees

• Cancellations  one month, before reservation  will result in loss of the deposit.

LA MAISON  has gas underfloor central heating throughout the downstairs area. Electric wall heaters in the bedrooms. There is an open fireplace next to the kitchen and a glass-fronted wood burning stove in the living area. The kitchen area also has reverse cylcle  heating.

 

LE SECHOIR  has a reverse cycle air conditioner to heat the living room  as well as electric heaters Bedrooms have electric convectors heaters.

THE GITE has a glass-fronted fireplace, which can be used as an open fire. Electric wall heaters in the bedrooms.
