"Le Gite"

A honey coloured sand stone village house that was built around the 1860’s. It is situated at the back of the little hamlet of Esparoutis, right next to the pool.

The Gite has been recently renovated maintaining its original features with its grand fireplace in the main open plan living room and kitchen.- The house is very cool in summer due to the 70cm stone walls.

​

There are 2 bedrooms that sleeps 6 persons.


Upstairs in the roof space,  completely renovated  in 2021 up to create a super cool Loft bedroom that sleeps 4 in pod style beds. 2 single beds and a double bed, with a new bathroom and toilet ensuite.  


The main bedroom was also renovated into a light filled room with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The main area living room has comfortable leather lounges and sofa day bed. Here is also a well equipped open kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area is adjacent on the verandah area.

The entrance has a small private tiled patio area with tables, chairs and umbrella for alfresco dining. From here you have direct access to the timber decked, shared swimming pool and a secured garden area with sun longes and dining area. There is also a BBQ area just below the stone walls at the Laundry.

WHAT IS PROVIDED

 

 All bed linen and towels. Basic Cleaning materials in kitchens.  Because of COVID 19, no food items are left from previous guests. 

The kitchens are well equipped with good quality pots and pans and a generous supply of crockery and tableware. There is microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle .

​

  There is a medium size front-loader washing machine  in the shared laundry. 

 Gas BBQ. as well as a charcoal BBQ and equipment is available next to pool  area .

​

We have available a baby high-chair and  baby cots, as well as a security gate for stairs if you need. Please  bring your baby's bedding. 

There is TV and good Wi-Fi coverage in every house (there are four separate access points)   as well as parts of the gardens.
